Shipping policy

 

Most in-stock items will be processed at our warehouse within 2 business day of ordering however, may be subject to up to 4 business days depending on stock and order volume. We do not process orders on weekends or major Canadian holidays.  We ship out of our facility located in Mississauga, Ontario.

 

Once your order has processed, you will receive an email notification to track shipment. Keep in mind, it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to update on courier’s website.

 

All orders will ship via UPS or Canada Post standard shipping. Standard shipments will arrive within 2-6 business days after leaving our warehouse. Depending on your location you may be subject to delays.

 

Atlas delivers to customers within all Provinces & Territories in Canada. Northwest Territories, Nunavut and the Yukon, we only offer a Paid Expedited shipping option in which, will be calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases where destinations are to remote areas subject to courier surcharges or otherwise cost-prohibitive to service.

 

Should you order multiple laptops, desktops and/or combos, please be mindful your order may process in a split shipment. In cases of a split shipment, once you receive an email notification with your tracking number, please reach out to our customer service department for more information on alternate tracking numbers and possible expected delivery dates should that information be available. All split shipments will follow the standard shipping timelines of 2-7 business days.

Shipments that are confirmed as delivered and signed for by the customer or a member of the household at the delivery address are deemed successfully delivered. Once delivery is confirmed, Atlas Computers & Electronics has no further obligation. Any discrepancies or delivery-related issues must be addressed directly with the courier.

Be sure to inspect your shipment upon receipt for any visible alteration to packaging or palleting, and for concealed damage. In the event of packaging alteration, the consignee should inspect goods for concealed damage with the driver present. It is imperative to note your observations on the delivery receipt and notify Let’s Atlas Customer service within 24 hours to make your claim, by emailing sales@atlasms.com or calling 647-933-1327 from 8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST Monday-Friday excl. Canadian Holidays. All packaging must be saved for carrier inspection.
